just browsing through and saw this tribe. not a big physics buff. love the philosophy not the technicalities. but just to note why i'm here:
everyday for a couple months while in berlin, i walked through the lecture hall in which einstein delivered his theory of relativity for the first time. at lunch, i'd sit and imagine the stuffy pre-war germans entertaining einstein's ideas. berlin was a cosmopolitan city, very ecclectic and open-minded. true there were complicit co-conspirators throughout germany (and in the US for that matter) but berliners nowadays w/o pretenses miss their einstein and regret the fate of their finest minds. physics is the art of explaining reality and einstein was a master. cheers!
